What counts toward my minutes?+
Only connected-call talk time — measured from when the homeowner picks up to when the call ends. Voicemail leaves count for ~15 sec (the message). Calls that get blocked by TCPA or fail to connect aren't counted at all.
What happens if I hit my plan limit mid-month?+
On a paid plan: you keep calling — every extra minute is $0.40, billed at the end of the cycle. You see overage in your dashboard in real time. On trial: calls pause, we email you, one-click upgrade to keep going.
How long is a typical FSBO call?+
About 60-90 seconds on average. Quick rejections (~20-30 sec) and confirmed bookings (~120 sec) balance out. Most agents on Pro use 600-800 of their 900 minutes per month.
Can I downgrade?+
Yes, any time from the Billing tab. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — you don't lose what you already paid for.
What's the trial like?+

Are there hidden fees?+

What if I cancel and come back later?+
Your data stays for 90 days after cancellation. Come back any time within that window and pick up exactly where you left off. After 90 days, data is purged for privacy.
