Terms of Service

TwinerAI provides a hosted AI voice agent (your "Twin") that places outbound phone calls on your behalf to prospective real estate sellers ("Prospects"), based on lead data you connect via supported integrations or upload directly.

By signing up you ("Agent" or "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TwinerAI.

You must be at least 18 years old, a licensed real estate professional in your jurisdiction (or have a verifiable business need), and operating with truthful identity. The Twin calls Prospects representing YOU — misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination.

You are responsible for ensuring every call you trigger complies with applicable law, including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing laws, and the National Do Not Call Registry. TwinerAI provides compliance tooling (calling-hour windows, opt-out database, recording disclosure flags, plan-level call caps) but the legal responsibility for any call you initiate remains yours.

You may not use TwinerAI to call:

• Numbers on the National DNC Registry without a recognized prior business relationship
• Numbers that have opted out from prior contact with you or any Agent on the platform
• Outside the legal calling-hour window for the Prospect’s state
• For non-real-estate purposes (no debt collection, no political, no insurance, no surveys)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that trigger consumer complaints or pattern-of-violation signals at our discretion.

By completing the onboarding interview you authorize us to clone your voice using Cartesia and use that clone solely for calls placed on your behalf through TwinerAI. We will never use your voice clone for any other purpose, deploy it for any other Agent, or share it outside the platform.

You will not:

• Use TwinerAI for any purpose other than US real estate cold-calling on your own behalf
• Misrepresent yourself, your agency, or having a buyer/client when you do not
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a separate written agreement
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract platform models or prompts
• Abuse the rate limits or attempt to bypass plan call caps

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe in US dollars. The free trial is 7 days and does not require a card. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Plan call caps reset on the first day of each billing period. Unused calls do not roll over. Going over your cap blocks additional dialing until the period reset or until you upgrade.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

The Twin is a probabilistic AI system. It is trained to follow your instructions and behave like a calm, focused real-estate agent, but it may occasionally misspeak, misinterpret the Prospect, or miss agreed details. You are responsible for reviewing call recordings + transcripts and following up on any commitments the Twin made on your behalf.

TwinerAI is provided "as is". We target high uptime but make no SLA guarantees on the Starter or Pro tiers. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for our own willful misconduct or where law prohibits limitation.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend immediately for non-payment, TCPA violations, abuse, or misrepresentation. Upon termination your Twin is disabled and data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware (AAA Commercial Rules).

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days’ email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
